Head of Engineering (m/f: 100%)
 
We are looking for the right individual to manage the hardware development and production of the highly innovative SpinX Lab instrument, a position whose responsibilities also entail group leadership, budgetary control, quality procedure definition and product certification. Formally qualified in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, you have 5 years or more commercial product development and / or production experience, ideally in a high technology industrial sector. You are a highly motivated and flexible individual, capable of following of numerous parallel activities and are committed to achieving outstanding results.

Primary duties:

• Assembly, test and on-time delivery of SpinX Lab instruments according to production schedule, including procurement.

• Engineering team manager (currently 5 full time employees), including budgetary responsibility and management of MRP system.

• Design ownership of SpinX Lab instrument hardware.

• Design transfer from R+D to production, including implementation of appropriate procedures.

• Management of formal certification process according to relevant norms.

• Hardware development of future products.

For this position, a good level of English is required, with French and / or another languages adding attractiveness to your candidacy.
