SpinXplorer™ software provides the user complete control of the assay process, from specifying each assay components’ initial concentration and location, how each component will be diluted and mixed with other components, incubation times and finally, detection parameters.

Because the system can dilute any component up to 10 log, users have the option of using stock solutions, including compounds in 100% DMSO. The user is also able to specify loading any compound, reagent or buffer in any location on the gCard, providing considerable flexibility in interfacing the system with existing infrastructure.

The software enables end-point and kinetic reads of any chamber on the gCard. Additional liquid handling can occur between reads, providing new flexibility limited only by the assays’ biology. Hundreds of chambers can be read concurrently, giving the user convenient real-time monitoring of assay kinetics.

AssayStudio™ will provide an even higher level of integration with user’s assays, providing a highly intuitive interface for designing assays.
